Keeping Fit and Healthy P3/4 PE

We have been keeping fit in our weekly PE activities. We are learning how to listen better and follow  instructions and work together as team players. We have also been developing our stamina and fitness by doing mat exercises along to music with Joe Wicks Fitness Coach Body Workouts for Kids. We are also learning how to relax with warm-down games at the end of our gym time.
